FYI:
A little info I received...when you go to bed take your car keys (if you have the remote device) and lay them on your nightstand. During the night if you think you hear a possible prowler or if you live alone and would have a health problem during the night, push the panic button. The horn will honk and scare off a burglar and/or alert the neighbors. This simple tip could save a life.

The Potosi Brewery's long awaited cookbook is hot off the presses and is available in the gift shop. "The Good Ole Days Are Back" is a beautiful cookbook with over 500 recipes, brewery information, pictures...it's more than a cookbook! I am proud to have been involved in this project! Potosi Brewing Company:
The Potosi Brewery, which closed in 1973, has undergone extensive remodeling and is now open again. The first floor features a restaurant/bar, the Great River Road Interprative Center, the Potosi Transportation museum, a gift shop, as well as a cave viewing room and a display room. The 2nd and 3rd floors host the National Beer Museum and the microbrewery. Check out the link for more info.

World's Largest Dome-top Beer Can:
Come see the world's largest beer can...next to the Holiday Gardens Event center. An old farm silo was converted into this beer can replica. The beer can also functions as a bar for outdoor events at Holiday gardens.
